Sami Finds the Sun is a short story inspired by my best girl, Sami. She was a pro at finding even the smallest patch of sunlight and soaking it in.
Though she’s no longer here, I’m endlessly grateful for how she opened my heart to such a deep love. I will always carry her with me, and I will always find her in the sun.
It makes a thoughtful baby shower gift, a sweet story to read with your own kids, or a simple way to help young readers practice sight words.
